We are the partnership of 25 years of Elite Fastpitch inc.
experience with the technical ability of Digital Image Plus. We are your
college recruiting agency. We are the guidance counselors. We are the videographers to produce the
powerful image you want projected to the coaches. We are your consultants that
assist you in the planning process from 9th grade through 12th
grade to keep you from making the basic mistakes we see every day, we can walk
you through the process step by step. We are the administrators that assist you
with correspondence (where, when what and why). You think this is about
playing……. We think this is about Marketing Your Skills!!! USE THE POWER OF ELITE.
ECRS is primarily an educational service. We will train and
guide you and the earlier you come in, the better you will be positioned at the
end of the recruiting process. The earlier you come in allows you to lock in
your price for the duration while maximizing the effectiveness of your
preparation time.
We got started in the early 90s when we needed to get our
own “team” players recruited. We had no idea, we were like everyone else. We
got lucky with some but others slipped through the
cracks. That’s why we have a good idea of what you are going through. Most
people have no idea what they don’t know. By then Elite Fastpitch Inc. was
producing very good Fastpitch (student) players. They needed help and we
learned how to assist them. Not long after that I started coaching at the
college level. Now, after coaching four college teams, I’ve learned what that
end of recruiting was about. Somewhere in the middle of all that two of my
daughters were recruited. All that enabled me to better assist the players that
Elite Fastpitch Inc. was training to be recruited. Check our “Pitcher Page”

players with high quality skills videos for the college recruiting process. All
